Job summary

Globalization Partners, a remote‑first, global employment platform, is seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate to support back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers for international entities, with emphasis on EMEA exposure.

You will manage end-to-end HR processes, data accuracy, and benefits administration while liaising with internal and external stakeholders across time zones. This role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, policies and payroll enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in our platform and process forms related to HR activities.
• Administer benefits and coordinate with brokers/insurers for professionals’ enrollment.
• Provide payroll data to support payroll, coordinating with payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
