Job summary

Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Associate for its Shared Service Centre on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on managing back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers supporting international entities across EMEA/APAC/AMER.

You will handle onboarding, data management, visa renewals, contracts, and benefits in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Able to quickly learn and deploy AI features/tools.

Responsibilities

• Support employee life cycle processes including onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, policies, payroll enrollment and onboarding guides.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and process forms related to HR activities.
• Administer benefits enrollment in coordination with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and local provider.
• Conduct data audits for accurate and timely payments.
• Assist in improving HR processes and SOPs.
• Communicate with professionals and clients via email and other channels to resolve queries.
