Globalization Partners in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate to support HR, payroll and legal service providers for our international entities. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with immediate start and global exposure across EMEA/APAC/AMER.

You will manage onboarding, data management, contracts, benefits enrollment, and liaise with payroll and vendors, ensuring SLAs and SOPs are met. The role emphasizes AI-enabled processes and a fast-paced, international team.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience (SSC desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Mansioni

• Support HR lifecycle processes: onboarding, data management, absences, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment, onboarding guides, certificates, terminations docs.
• Maintain employee records in our platform and process forms for HR activities.
• Administer benefits with brokers/insurers for professionals.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team; coordinate with Local Payroll Provider.
• Assist in HR process improvements and SOPs.
