Job summary

GLOBALIZATION PARTNERS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate to join our Regional Shared Service Centre.

You will support back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers for our international entities, with a focus on EMEA, under a 9-month fixed-term contract with GMT hours. You will manage onboarding, data management, contracts, visas, transfers, and offboarding, while coordinating with payroll and insurers.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HR operations experience

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding
• Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment
• Maintain employee records in the Platform and process HR forms
• Administer benefits and coordinate with broker/insurer
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and external providers
• Assist in audits and data changes for timely payments
• Maintain SOPs and policies up to date
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries
• Ensure SLA/SOP adherence
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors and internal teams
• Be the first point of contact during onboarding/offboarding
