Globalization Partners is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR, Payroll and legal providers for our international entities, with a focus on EMEA. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, GMT hours, with immediate start preferred.

The role requires global exposure, strong data management, and a proactive mindset to drive HR processes and policy compliance across multiple regions.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
• Experience with Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Onboard professionals and manage data across the employee life cycle.
• Prepare HR docs: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and document HR activities.
• Administer benefits and coordinate with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and verify data accuracy.
• Audit data changes for timely, accurate payments.
• Improve HR processes and maintain SOPs and policies.
• Communicate with professionals and customers via email and other channels.
• Ensure SLA/SOP adherence and high service quality.
• Coordinate with GP partners and internal teams for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
