Job summary

G-P, a remote-first global employment platform, seeks a Senior Human Resource Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR, payroll, and legal service providers across global entities, handling onboarding, data management, visas, contracts, and benefits for professionals around the world.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in HR operations within a Shared Services setup, strong English comms, and the ability to work across EMEA/APAC/AMER time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor law across EMEA a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and English proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable with AI tools and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in an international, time-zone diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, data management, absences, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits, payroll enrollment, onboarding guides.
• Maintain employee records via our proprietary platform and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer benefits with broker/insurer coordination.
• Provide payroll inputs and assist with payroll processes with local providers.
• Audit data changes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and SOPs.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and other channels.
• Ensure service excellence by following SLAs and SOPs.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors including insurance and payroll providers.
• Serve as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
