Job summary

Excis, a leading global IT support organization, is hiring an HR Generalist (EMEA) in Manila. You'll partner with leaders across multiple countries to drive HR initiatives, shape policies, and ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR analytics, and excellent English communication in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Experience supporting EMEA or multi-country HR operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll support, and HR best practices.
• Experience handling disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations, performance management, and HR documentation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, workforce reporting, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills with stakeholders across regions.
• A proactive, organized, and solutions-driven professional in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies across regions.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and HR policies.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal advisers, and external HR partners.
• Prepare workforce analytics, KPI reports, and HR insights.
• Lead initiatives to boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Support international HR operations during expansions.
