Job summary

Live Nation, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst based in Manila to support global HR business partners across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a primary contact for HR requests, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements within a Shared Services framework.

You will handle Workday transactions, partner with HR leaders on complex changes, and contribute to compliance, reporting, and documentation efforts to optimize efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding to offboarding.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR Operations SME advising leaders and improving processes.
• Process HR transactions in Workday including hires, changes, exits.
• Partner with managers on leaves, promotions, transfers, immigration, terminations.
• Lead HR data quality audits and analytics reporting.
