Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or a related HR operations role.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HR transactions, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Experience in a Shared Services or centralized HR Operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior HR Operations subject matter expert for complex employee-lifecycle processes.
• Respond to HR program questions from employees and managers globally.
• Process lifecycle transactions through HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Partner with managers on leaves, promotions, transfers, immigration and terminations.
• Draft employment documentation and ensure records are accurate and audited.
