iRhythm Technologies, Inc. in Manila is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support global HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

You will manage HR requests, maintain data integrity in HRIS, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition to deliver excellent employee experiences. This role suits organized, customer-focused professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in HR/TA operations or shared services.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, ATS, ticketing or case-management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition shared mailboxes.
• Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing platforms within SLAs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain data integrity.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and leaders to ensure compliant processes.
