Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR/TA operations or shared services.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, ATS, ticketing or case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition shared mailboxes.
• Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing platforms within SLAs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain data integrity.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and leaders to ensure compliant processes.
