Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking an HR Operations Analyst in the Philippines to provide global HR support and manage day-to-day lifecycle activities. You will work with HR partners and leaders across Ticketmaster to ensure accurate employee data and compliant transactions.

You will be the primary contact for HR-related requests, handling tasks across onboarding, changes, transfers, and exits while collaborating with local and global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related HR ops role.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR transactions.
• Strong data quality, confidentiality, and accuracy standards in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR Operations SME for complex lifecycle processes and data quality initiatives.
• Act as primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR programs, policies, and systems.
• Process lifecycle transactions through Workday (new hires, changes, transfers, exits).
• Support HR data quality audits and HRIS-related issue resolution.
• Document workflows, provide SOPs, and assist with process improvements.
