Qualifications

• Typically requires 8+ years with a Bachelor's or 6+ years with a Master's; or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, CS, or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Proven track record leading complex HR technology projects and implementations.
• Experience supporting Time Tracking, Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Benefits.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in global/multi-unit settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and HR tech solutions.
• Manage complex HRIS projects, including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
• Serve as SME for assigned HR modules and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Drive data governance with audits, data quality checks, and controls.
• Coordinate system testing: unit, regression, and UAT for new features.
• Support integrations, troubleshoot issues with internal and external partners.
• Create and maintain process docs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
