RingCentral seeks a US HRBP Specialist in Manila to partner with US leadership and global teams, aligning business objectives with employee solutions across strategic partnership, organizational design, talent and performance management, change management, and workforce analytics.

You will design and drive performance processes, coach leaders on talent reviews and PIPs, lead organizational redesigns, and translate people data into executive insights.

Qualifications

• Global experience partnering with senior leaders across regions.
• Expertise in change management and organizational design.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/UKG/SuccessFactors).
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and global heads, translating strategy into people initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, OKRs/KPIs alignment, and talent reviews.
