Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an HR Operations Analyst in Manila, Philippines. The role supports HR business partners and leaders globally, handling day‑to‑day HR lifecycle activities and ensuring compliant, accurate data across the employee journey.

You will work with HRIS/Workday, advise on policy implementation, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced Shared Services environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or a related HR operations role.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, transfers, documentation, and offboarding.
• Experience processing HR transactions with accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Experience in a Shared Services or centralized HR Operations environment and collaborating with HR Partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior HR Operations SME, owning complex lifecycle processes and advising leaders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees locally and globally regarding HR programs and policies.
• Process lifecycle transactions through Workday, including hires, changes, transfers, and exits.
• Partner with managers on complex changes like leaves, promotions, transfers, immigration, and terminations.
• Lead operasional improvements, data quality initiatives, and audits.
