Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an organized HR Operations Coordinator for its Global Business Center in Manila. You will support HR service delivery, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.

The role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits to deliver excellent employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR ops, shared services, or recruiting coordination.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, ticketing or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition shared mailboxes.
• Respond to inquiries via ticketing platforms within SLAs.
• Support onboarding, new hire documentation, and orientation.
• Maintain HR data integrity in Workday and HR systems.
• Generate routine/an ad hoc HR reports and support audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and SOPs.
