Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Success Senior Specialist - Spanish to join its global team in Pasig City. The role supports Area Sales and centers, builds strong customer relationships, and ensures value realization for Maersk solutions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with at least 2 years in Sales Support/Customer Service.

The position requires night shifts and Day-to-Day work from the office (WFO) setup, offering exposure to a multinational environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related fields preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service Support.
• Commercial knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
• Support the Area Sales team and other functions in service centers to achieve customer outcomes.
• Ensure Client Managers are supported and customers realize value from Maersk solutions.
• Drive adoption, usage and business value; manage renewals and contracts as needed.
• Handle escalations and provide reporting support; back up Senior Customer Success Partners.
