Job summary

V. Group is seeking a Crew Logistics Coordinator based in Manila to execute timely crew change arrangements across our vessels.

You will coordinate flights, hotels, immigration, and ground transportation for on-signing and off-signing seafarers, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements. The role requires 2–3 years in crewing, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with 24/7 support for travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a crewing company or equivalent experience.
• Experience arranging crew change logistics for seafarers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Arrange crew logistics (flights, hotel, immigration, transport) for on/off-signing seafarers per procedures.
• Coordinate with Masters, fleet cells, port agents, and travel providers on logistics.
• Ensure changes are within operational and budgetary requirements.
• Maintain records in ShipSure and the ticketing system for ongoing arrangements.
