Job summary

Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. is seeking a Crewing Assistant to support end-to-end crewing operations in Makati. You will monitor crew documentation, oversee pre-deployment requirements, and ensure timely updates in the system while coordinating with managers and principals.

The role requires a related 4-year degree, 1 year of crewing exposure, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and customer service are essential for timely queries and handling supplier interactions.

Qualifications

Graduate of any related 4 year course.
Preferably with 1 year of experience as Crewing Assistant.
Knowledgeable on crew pre-employment medical requirements and travel documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reflects good communication.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Crewing Operations.
Monitor completion of crew documentation and crew information prior joining the vessel.
Monitor and implement crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements.
Monitor deliverables of third party providers (PEME, training, travel, crew gears).
Monitor on time updating/encoding of crew documents in the system.
Regularly updates Crewing Manager and Principal the status of the crew.
Raise any concern to the crewing manager on any relevant information related to the crew processing and statutory requirements.
