Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership, persuasion, and motivation abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Able to review documentation procedures and data management, proposing improvements.
• Knowledgeable about seafarer documents per rank and local maritime regulations.
• Pleasant personality and proactive in supervising associates.
• Adheres to company core values across the group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor crew training and certification requirements.
• Support crew planning and ensure seafarers are prepared for their next assignment.
• Monitor crew documentation, follow-ups, and post-vessel activities.
• Coordinate with seafarers, principals, internal departments, and training providers.
• Assist with crew changes, vessel-related requirements, and other operational activities.
• Monitor and guide Crewing Assistants within the assigned group.
• Conduct debriefings and support the career and development needs of our seafarers.
• Assist the Crewing Manager in ensuring efficient and timely crew operations.
• Handle other related crewing responsibilities as required.
