Job summary

Höegh Autoliners is seeking a proactive Crew Manager to ensure optimal manning for vessels in the fleet, based in Manila. You will oversee crew rotation, succession planning and day‑to‑day operations with a focus on quality and timeliness.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, reporting to the Crew Operations Manager and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization to maintain high standards of safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Implement crewing procedures across vessels using QCREW and HFSP QOM.
• Conduct seafarer selection and promotions per guidelines.
• Update Crew Operations records in OCS.
• Establish and implement succession plans with Crew Managers.
• Coordinate crew changes with Crew Support Manager and HQ.
• Conduct exit interviews for disembarking crew.
