Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year experience in Maritime Industry.
• Preferably 1 year experience in Port Operations and Immigration Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Planning crew changes for vessels on Ratings crew.
• Communicate with principals and vessels on planned crew changes.
• Coordinate with recruitment for crew requirements and pool availability.
• Manage PEME results and medical documentation follow-ups.
• Coordinate flight bookings and travel documents with accredited agencies.
• Assist joining/repatriation of seafarers at Philippine ports, including immigration.
• Update embarkation/disembarkation details in the principal's crew system.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain unit records.
