The role involves confirming documents, arranging travel, updating crew systems, and assisting joiners with travel and immigration formalities, while maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 years’ experience in Maritime Industry.
• Preferably 1 years’ experience in the Port Operations and Immigration Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan crew changes for vessels and ratings crew.
• Communicate with principals and vessels on planned crew changes.
• Coordinate with recruitment for crew requirements when needed.
• Verify seafarer documents and PEME status.
• Arrange travel documents and flight bookings for joiners and repatriations.
• Update embarkation/ disembarkation details in crew systems.
• Support joining seafarers with travel itineraries and visa/immigration needs.
