Responsibilities

• Handle counter tasks and inquiries, primarily in Spanish and English
• Process invoicing and payment collection with accuracy
• Prepare export/import documentation and submit to stakeholders timely
• Resolve daily issues via email and chat following standard procedures
• Maintain receipts, invoices, and release of cargo; ensure compliance and quality of service
• Train new staff as needed and support process improvements
