Job summary

Ezysc is seeking a Sales Support Officer for its growing Australian fintech team. The role focuses on onboarding clients and keeping introducers well-informed, with a strong emphasis on front-end service and deal processing.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment, handling inquiries, coordinating with multiple teams, and delivering accurate monthly sales reports. This is a full-time onsite position based in Ortigas, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and proactive sales support professional.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and stay energetic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries.
• Provide updates on deal status to introducers by phone and email.
• Request missing information to keep deals moving smoothly.
• Collaborate with customer service, settlements and credit teams.
• Process new broker accreditations accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Handle general sales administration tasks to support the team.
