ESC Corporation, a dynamic Australian SME fintech, seeks an Inbound Client Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer experiences from Ortigas Center, Pasig. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to clients.

The role requires confident English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with financial products. Full-time onsite with Australian business hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Confident spoken and written English.
• A positive, helpful, and outgoing personality.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services setting.
• Very customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in using PC and MS Office tools.
• Understanding of Australian Privacy and KYC framework desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related to financial transactions.
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in thecompany's CRM system.
• Identify and upscale recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives.
