Job summary

Ezy Service Centre Corporation is seeking an Inbound Client Service Officer in Ortigas Center, Manila. The role focuses on addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on financial products and services with a strong emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.

You'll respond via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in the CRM, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering high-quality service in Australian business hours. This is a full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• Confident spoken and written English.
• A positive, helpful, and outgoing personality.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services setting.
• Very customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in using PC and MS Office tools.
• Understanding of Australian Privacy and KYC framework desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services.
• Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related to financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Ensure that customer interactions are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify and elevate recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
