ESCO ENGINEERING PTY LTD. - PHILIPPINE ROHQ is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer for our Australian fintech team.

This full-time onsite role in Ortigas involves being the first point of contact for inbound calls, onboarding new clients, and ensuring smooth service for introducers. You will coordinate with customer service, settlements and credit teams, maintain monthly sales reports in Excel, and handle broker accreditations.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Capable of handling objections with diplomacy to reach resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls to the general sales line.
• Update introducers on deal status via phone and email.
• Proactively request missing information from introducers to process deals.
• Collaborate with customer service, settlements, and credit teams for accurate deal processing.
• Handle profiling and processing of new broker accreditations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reporting using Excel and internal systems.
• Manage general sales administration tasks to support the sales function.

We have a new opportunity for an outgoing and proactive Sales Support Officer with our growing Australian Fintech team. In this role you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional front-end service to our valued clients and partners. As an integral part of our originations team, you'll be at the forefront of onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless service for existing introducers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls to the general sales line, providing prompt and professional assistance.


• Keep introducers informed with timely updates on deal status through phone and email communications.


• Proactively request any missing information from introducers, ensuring smooth processing of deals.


• Collaborate closely with customer service, settlements, and credit teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in deal processing.


• Handle the profiling and processing of new broker accreditations promptly and accurately.


• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reporting using Excel and our internal systems.


• Manage general sales administration tasks to support the overall sales function effectively.
