ezyCollect by Sidetrade in Manila seeks a Technical Customer Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot integrations across major ERP systems. You’ll handle data issues with SQL, document resolutions, and support customers from AU, NZ, and the US, ensuring high service quality.

You will work with a collaborative fintech team, apply your troubleshooting skills, and grow technically in a fast-moving environment while supporting clients in English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience supporting Australian and US clients preferred.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Strong SQL skills for production troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP/accounting platforms.

Responsabilités

• Install and configure complex integrations (NetSuite, MYOB, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Monitor daily sync operations and proactively resolve issues.
• Handle daily technical support tickets (queries, API failures, bugs).
• Provide inbound customer support via HubSpot and Intercom in fluent English.
• Liaise with partners to resolve issues requiring collaboration.
• Write and run SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Maintain and document troubleshooting steps and configurations.
• Support clients outside regular hours to accommodate time zones.
