Job summary

Ezysc seeks a junior Finance Support Officer to assist with finance operations, data entry, and document handling in Ortigas Center, Pasig. The role includes entering loan data, preparing submissions, and coordinating with the credit team for timely processing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office. The position follows an Australian schedule (morning to early afternoon) and offers full-time onsite work in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, finance support, loan processing, or back-office roles.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage digital documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Enter application data into the loan management system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Rename, organise, and save application documents into the appropriate work-in-progress folders.
• Complete required checks including Google searches, Equifax, ABN, and ASIC searches.
• Assist with preparing application and submission information for internal credit review.
• Liaise with the internal credit team and Finance Service Officers regarding details and requirements.
• Prepare customer documents for signing, either by wet signature or DocuSign.
• Access funder portals to check quotes and release documents for signing.
• Upload documents into DocuSign and manage signing fields.
• Monitor documentation status and follow up on incomplete or unsigned documents.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality procedures.
