Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls to the general sales line.
• Keep introducers informed with timely updates on deal status via phone and email.
• Proactively request missing information from introducers to ensure smooth processing.
• Collaborate with customer service, settlements, and credit teams for accurate deal processing.
• Handle profiling and processing of new broker accreditations promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reporting using Excel and internal systems.
• Manage general sales administration tasks to support the sales function.
