Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of hospitality degree is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years in the service industry with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Operational knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS).
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Front Office SOPs in all guest interactions.
• Provides a warm welcome and assists guests per brand standards.
• Maintains balance between operations, administration and colleagues' needs.
