Job summary

Raffles and Fairmont Makati are seeking a Front Office professional to uphold brand standards in guest interactions within Manila's premier district. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, deliver warm welcomes, and guide the Front Office team to balance operations with guest needs.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in hospitality, a PMS proficiency, and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds, delivering exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of hospitality degree is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years in the service industry with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Operational knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS).
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Front Office SOPs in all guest interactions.

Job Description

• Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions.
• Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards.
• Maintains the balance in operational, administrative and colleague needs by providing guidance and motivation to the Front Office team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
• Minimum of three (3) years in the service industry, with at least one (1) year relevant experience.
• An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System.
