Qualifications

• Service-oriented with strong guest service skills; ability to lead colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality guest service per corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspections.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, participate in budgeting, and monitor Micros system.
• Train and develop decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.
