Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Experience in technical support role is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Good knowledge of low-voltage residential installations and protection devices.
• Basic networking concepts (PWM, VPNs, firewalls, ports).
• Familiarity with OCPP is an advantage.
• Ability to support electricians on live installations.
• Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Adaptive to changing situations to improve customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer queries via phone, email, chat, portal and other media required by country/region.
• Document all incoming calls using CRM.
• Provide technical support across Schneider Electric's product portfolio, including Wiser solutions, EV charging stations, residential distribution and protection devices.
• Train new joiners.
• Create and update FAQ database.
• Promote Schneider’s existing and new products with cross selling and upselling.
• Participate in Technical & Customer Service training courses.
• Escalate problems to Level 2 and Level 3 when needed.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and support of products.
