Job description

Function: Interface with customers and/or end-users to provide high level of technical and application support. Support sales team on the equipment installation and preventive maintenance.

Required qualifications:

• BS Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation & Control Engineering Graduate or any related course
• With convincing computer and software proficiency
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Good systematic skills to effectively evaluate equipment performance and trouble-shoot equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sense of customer service/support
• Must be willing to do field work, loves travelling
• Highly disciplined
• Preferably with experience in technical and sales support
• Resident of Las Pinas/Muntinlupa/Paranaque/Bacoor preferred
• With valid driver’s license
