Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Electrical Engineer to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig. You will evaluate products, prepare BOMs, and assist with warranty and service visits.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE/ANSI standards, and coordinate with sales on approvals and submittals to deliver efficient customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical diagrams and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide general technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Evaluate product and create bill of materials based on job requirements; review quotations.
• Answer technical inquiries via email or chat using official manuals and bulletins.
• Support Inside Project Managers on warranty requests and service visits.
• Organize meetings such as ORM with FSE & Engineering and BOM reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales after engineering releases and approve submittals.
• Release orders from Engineering to Manufacturing and generate submittals.
• Manage orders, entries, and expediting tasks; support Canada and US customers.
• Maintain prompt, courteous communication with customers and industry contacts.
