Job summary

iMed Pharmacy Corporation is seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Officer to expand our franchise network in the Philippines. You will identify potential franchise partners, present opportunities, manage leads, and support applicants through the franchise process.

The role requires field outreach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, franchising, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Confident in dealing with business owners, investors, and potential franchise partners.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct field work, client meetings, and site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential franchisees and business leads through various channels.
• Promote and present the company's franchise opportunities, business model, investment requirements, and benefits.
• Handle franchise inquiries and conduct the initial screening and qualification of prospective franchisees.
• Build and maintain a strong franchise sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
• Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential franchise partners.
• Assist franchise applicants throughout the application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.
• Assist in evaluating potential franchise locations and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and franchise sales activities.
• Prepare regular franchise development and sales reports for management.
