Job summary

BigTime Empire Corporation seeks an energetic Franchise Sales Manager to drive growth across Metro Manila. You will lead prospecting, presentations, and negotiations, guiding franchisees through the onboarding journey from inquiry to approval.

The role requires strong relationship-building, travel for client meetings, and collaboration across multiple internal teams to close targets and deliver market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and franchise events.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through various sales and marketing channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations, business opportunity meetings, and discovery sessions with prospective franchisees.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, operational processes, and business opportunities.
• Guide prospective franchisees throughout the application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Admin, Project Management, and Marketing teams to facilitate franchise onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of franchise leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company in franchise expos, business forums, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management.
• Collect pre-approval franchise fees and other pre-opening payments, and coordinate with the Finance Department for proper documentation and processing.
