Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
• Results-driven with ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and franchise events.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through various sales and marketing channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations, business opportunity meetings, and discovery sessions with prospective franchisees.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, operational processes, and business opportunities.
• Guide prospective franchisees through the application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Admin, Project Management, and Marketing to facilitate onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of franchise leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company in franchise expos, business forums, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management.
• Collect pre-approval franchise fees and other pre-opening payments, coordinating with Finance for proper docs.
