About the role
Imed Pharmacy Corp. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Franchise Officer to support and manage the company's franchise operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective franchisees, coordinating franchise requirements, supporting the opening of new branches, and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners.
Key responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective franchisees and provide information about the company's franchise opportunities
Assist in the franchise application, screening, and evaluation process
Coordinate with prospective franchisees regarding documentary and business requirements
Maintain accurate and updated franchise records, documents, and databases
Assist in preparing franchise proposals, agreements, presentations, and other required documents
Coordinate with internal departments regarding franchise applications and branch requirements
Monitor the progress of franchise applications and new branch openings
Assist franchisees during the pre-opening and opening stages
Coordinate with franchisees regarding operational concerns, requests, and requirements
Maintain good working relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in franchising, sales, business development, account management, or a related field
Experience in the pharmacy, retail, healthcare, or FMCG industry is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Customer-oriented and able to build positive relationships with business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential documents
Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
