Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Franchise Relations/Sales Associate to support the Sales Team. You will find and develop leads, prospect potential investors, and maintain an accurate and detailed sales database.

The role reports to the Franchise Relations Supervisor and follows a Monday-Friday work schedule. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or similar position in the Sales department is a plus
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the company that our Sales Team can then nurture.
• Prospect potential investors would be a great fit as our business partners.
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Setting a brand presentation schedule, ensuring all target clients will attend.
• Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memo.
• Assisting FSO to all facets of the sales process.
