Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Field Franchise Development professional to drive network expansion in Central Luzon. You will identify prospective franchisees, oversee pipeline, and ensure adherence to the sales process while coordinating with the Franchise and Business Development Manager.

You will train in-store staff, support franchisees operationally, and analyze business performance, profitability, and marketing strategies to boost brand presence and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• At least 3 years related experience.
• Willing to do field work in Central Luzon (Bataan & Zambales).
• Willing to undergo training at head office (Tandang Sora, QC).
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees and maintains pipeline.
• Does business development functions including store network expansion.
• Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
• Provides training and development to in-store staff on sales, P&L, ROI, and brand standards.
• Explores opportunities for local and international expansion.
• Assists franchisees in locality marketing strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Manages multiple store units in assigned territories.
• Conducts post-store opening follow-ups and franchisee coordination.
• Performs business analytics and conducts regular business meetings.
• Audits stores on Food, Service, Cleanliness, and related parameters.
• Handles customer feedback and resolutions; visits branches.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superior or management.
