Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Distribution, or Franchise Operations.
• Strong background in store operations, sales management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in analyzing sales reports and performance metrics.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the operational performance of assigned franchise stores.
• Develop and implement action plans with franchisees to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Assist franchisees during store opening and early operations to accelerate sales growth and achieve break-even objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with operational standards, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees and serve as the primary contact person for store operational concerns.
• Implement and monitor sales and marketing programs to drive store productivity and customer traffic.
• Review and recommend local store marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Provide coaching, training, and development support to franchisees, store supervisors, and store personnel.
• Monitor compliance with franchise policies, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Submit timely reports, store assessments, and operational recommendations.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to support business growth.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth store operations and successful store launches.
