Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations, business opportunity meetings, and discovery sessions.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, operations, and opportunities.
• Guide applicants through the franchise application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, pipeline, and interactions.
• Represent the company at expos, forums, and events; provide market intelligence updates.
