• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• 1–3 years in sales, franchising, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations and discovery sessions with prospective franchisees.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, and business opportunities.
• Guide applicants through the application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of franchisees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a database of leads, pipeline, and interactions.
• Represent the company at franchise expos, forums, and events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
• Collect pre-approval franchise fees and coordinate with Finance.
