Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lease agreements and market analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and evaluate locations for store expansion based on site selection criteria.
- Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers regarding lease negotiations and site availability.
- Prepare site evaluation reports and financial feasibility studies for management approval.
- Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and other documentary requirements related to site acquisition.
- Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development during the store expansion process.
- Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.
