Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to lead expansion efforts for new stores. You will identify locations, analyze markets, negotiate leases, and prepare evaluations for management approval, while coordinating with operations, legal, finance, and development teams. Strong field experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

The role requires extensive travel and a proactive approach to site feasibility and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, property documentation, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate potential locations for new store expansion based on site criteria.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers for lease negotiations.
• Prepare site evaluation reports and financial feasibility studies for management.
• Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and documentary requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
