The role requires travel for client meetings and franchise events, with a focus on meeting monthly and annual sales targets. Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong CRM and consultative selling skills.

• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage franchise leads across channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations and discovery sessions.
• Explain packages, investments, and opportunities.
• Guide applicants through application and approval.
• Prepare proposals and sales documents.
• Coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Develop relationships with partners.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Maintain leads and sales pipeline database.
• Represent the company at expos and events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intel.
• Collect pre-approval fees and coordinate with Finance.
