Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Franchise Business Development professional to drive franchise growth. You will identify prospective franchisees, support store network expansion, and help new partners become operationally proficient while maintaining brand standards.

You will train in-store staff on sales, P&L, ROI, people management, and policies. The role includes local expansion exploration and franchisee coordination across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business management field.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Field works that requires motorcycle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees and maintains the pipeline.
• Supports store network expansion efforts and assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
• Provides training to in-store staff on sales, P&L, ROI, people management, brand standards, and store operations.
• Explores local and international expansion opportunities and formulates locality marketing strategies.
• Manages multiple store units within assigned territories in the food service sector.
• Conducts post-opening follow-ups and franchisee coordination; performs business analytics.
