Provide exceptional customer service, ensure cleanliness and organization, and support food preparation and service in a restaurant, cafeteria or food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation and Service: Assist with food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries.
3. Maintain Cleanliness: Clean tables, counters, utensils, and equipment.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor food and supply inventory.
5. Cash Handling: Manage cash, credit transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
6. Team Support: Assist cooks, servers and other staff members.
7. Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
8. Maintain Dining Area: Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area.

Essential Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: Basic education requirement.
2. Food Handling Certification: Food Safety Certification
3. Previous Food Service Experience: 1-2 years in a restaurant, cafeteria or related environment.
4. Basic English Communication: Effective communication with customers and staff.
5. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25-50 pounds.
